Growing Old which approach do you prefer

These two famous film sirens and rivals could not be more opposed in their approaches to growing old. Bridgette Bardot an active animal rights campaigner has let nature take it's natural course, whereas Sophie Loren has invested in an active anti-ageing campaign that as we can see has paid dividens. Brigette reminds me of my grandmother and how older women used to be seen in and upto the 1980's, with modern cosmetics, botox, fillers and cosmetic surgery this look seemed to be relegated to the past by our glamourous "A" list celebrities but who know's should the natural approach to ageing be encouraged? Or should women be encouraged to remain vibrant youthful looking, ousing sex appeal, demonstrating that there is still lots of life left in them?
